"A healthy body includes a healthy"The spirit" - Juvenal (60-140 AD)

Hauora
The word comes from the language of the indigenous people of New Zealand, the Maori.
It not only has a meaning, but is a kind of philosophy of life which is already taught in schools there.
It represents health and well-being, consisting of four dimensions.
These four dimensions include physical, mental, social, and spiritual health.

To illustrate this, a house is often used: four walls that support your roof and form your home.
Health is so much more diverse; we just need to start seeing it.

For over 10 months I had the privilege of getting to know and love this country and its people.
My last visit was in 2025.

Holistic therapy for horses and dogs

Osteopathie

This term originates from ancient Greek.

"Ostéon" means bone, "páthos" means suffering.

This is a holistic form of medicine that is performed with the hands.

This form of therapy identifies disorders within the musculoskeletal system and resolves them with targeted treatments.

Physiology

Physiology is the science that studies the processes and functions of an organism. Translated, physiology means something like "the study of nature".
It is the link to osteopathy and is very broad in scope.

Starting with muscles and tissues, all the way to the internal organ system.

Acupuncture

Probably the most impressive form of treatment for me.

Acupuncture originates from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and is already thousands of years old.

This form of treatment stimulates the organism to heal itself.

It not only supports treatments in the fields of osteopathy and physiology, but can also resolve internal ailments such as asthma, eye diseases, and much more!
